CDS Consulting Coop understand that to a co-op, mission & margin are equally important. That’s why their own objective is to help their clients align their mission, culture & brand by coaching them on co-op governance, leadership development, expansions, retail improvement, marketing, member services and human resources. They’re part of the movement that proves respecting staff, stakeholders and customers is good for business, and CDS is helping co-ops from coast to coast realize their potential.
The hardest part with such a multi-talented group as CDS is making a website that covers what they do in a way a visitor could understand. We worked to discover a content strategy and sitemap that connects their vision and services to a co-op's direct needs.
